ALFRED MAHINI

I’m Alfred Mhini and I was born in a small village not far from the present Great Zimbabwe ruins. At an early age, before attending school, I would cry as I wanted to go with my brothers and herd cattle in the bush. That is how I realised my love for the bush and its surroundings. Later in life I moved to Victoria Falls where one of the natural wonders of the world is. This was a bonus for me. I studied guiding and I’m a qualified Safari Guide. I worked in one of the reputable lodges in the Zambezi National Park. The love for people and nature helped me to grow in tourism. Sunway Safaris granted me the opportunity to flourish, with the opportunity to travel across Southern Africa sharing my knowledge of South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, Zambia, Zimbabwe and Malawi.
