Carina recently did a Botswana Wild Parks BTa14. On this tour she and the group discovered that Africa can be cruel! But as we say in Africa often “it's survival of the fittest” out here even if it means our hearts will be heavy and some tears might even flow. On the Botswana Wild Park we stay at Hyena Pan just outside the Moremi Game Reserve for 3 nights.
Adolf recently travelled on a Botswana Wild Parks BTa14 and had this to share about the Makgadikgadi Pans. Driving to Nata we noticed that the surrounding areas got much dryer, and some of the clients made comments about how difficult it must be for animals to survive here with so little food.
Matthew just returned from the Walking South Africa JJa14 and had a great time with his group taking the various walks we offer on this tour. He has the following to share.. On the walking South Africa tour, you get the opportunity to relive one of the most famous battles in South African history- the Battle of Isandlwana. If you are not from South Africa, chances are that you haven’t heard of them, but they are fascinating.
Patrick one of our German guides just returned from our Walking South Africa JJa14 and had this to share from the visit to teh Kruger National park.. On my last visit to the Kruger National Park with a hired vehicle and our driver David, we had such a lovely time. First of all, we were spoiled already on our stay in the Balule Conservancy at Green Fire Camp. On our first game walk there we were lucky enough to witness a close encounter by foot with a majestic white rhino. It was starting to get dark, and our local guide Vusi took us on a game walk to get a better view of this special animal. So now you see why I say we were spoiled.
